These Terms of Service govern your use of the Arizona Long Drive website, registration forms, event services, player communications, SMS communications, competitions, and related services operated by Arizona Long Drive, LLC.
By accessing our website, submitting a registration form, participating in an Arizona Long Drive event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Operator of the Services
Arizona Long Drive, LLC (“Arizona Long Drive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Arizona Long Drive website, registration process, events, competitions, communications, Long Drive Index services, and related programs.

Participants, spectators, guests, contractors, and attendees must behave respectfully, lawfully, and safely.

14. Technology, Measurements, and Accuracy

24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Arizona Long Drive’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
